Our Business

The campground is currently managed by Jay & Ginger Downs. Jay's father, Bob (& Cheryl) Downs retired in 2007 after managing the campgrounds for several years. Bob's father & mother,  Marvin & Marjorie Downs, built and managed what is known as "Sugar Mill Lake & Campgrounds, Inc" in 1968.

The campgrounds are still owned by Marvin & Marjorie's sons & grandsons:
